During 24-hour continuous production, issues such as missing or insufficient bottles, or bottle breakage, can occur, leading to defects.
Before improvement, QC random checks were used, which were difficult to detect, resulting in defective products being passed on and causing customer complaints.
After improvement, a weighing module was added, with upper and lower weight limits set. When a defect is detected, the weighing module sends a signal to the swivel wheel sorter, which then removes the defective product.
